thank again all those who, despite
roads exist, they came to visit us.
Please note that now the preliminary work on the Street Sulis is over, so no more mud.
Here are some updates to the menu: Gyros
the Greek (strepitoso!)
Spelt Couscous with vegetables and spicy vegetable soup with tofu and lentils
pea soup and smoked tofu burritos
kamut
Pumpkin miso soup
and dishes for regular customers are now classics:
Baked chickpeas and vegetables
Hamburger Hamburger vegetable rice and seaweed sandwiches with sliced \u200b\u200b
hemp
Nachos and salsa dip.
All this is topped with vegetables and fruit in season and strictly kilometers (nearly) zero, good music, good company and great music
. I forgot to
tell you the centrifuged and fresh fruit juices and beers (including all: Janas Fluminimaggiore, the two Lara Tertenia raw craft beers, and Knostry Dinkel Spelt).

I'm back for a little update.
In the coming days will be included in the menu of new dishes: soups
we will have new new cereal and steamed to accompany the humus!
Of course there will always be fresh vegetables and fruits in season.
Every day will be offered a dish of specially priced so watch the board!
Another innovation worth mentioning is the initiative: portalatazza.
Anyone who wants can bring their own mug from home to enjoy teas and tea in a more "personal." You can leave the cup back to the room or at home, as you prefer, in both cases you will receive a discount of 10 cents on the price beverage consumed.
We are always available for suggestions and proposals.

exactly one month ago we opened the Eticafè and I think it should be celebrated with the creation of a blog! First thing is the
eticafè: a bar-cafeteria.

It 's a bar-cafeteria veg * ana offering food and drink, organic and fresh as possible to zero km and fair trade.
is not much, but it is our small contribution to the promotion of a lifestyle and diet more healthy and sustainable.
We would like to become a landmark and meeting place for veg of Sardinia and for all those who are on holiday in our beautiful island, but also for those who want to eat something healthy and a relaxing break, we books and magazines available to browse and a bulletin board where you can leave messages and advertise events.
